Book commercial catering equipment hire online with live pricing and stock availability. Choose ovens, fryers, and hot cupboards with no security deposit.
Running a pop-up restaurant, managing peak periods in a permanent venue, or setting up a temporary kitchen requires dependable catering equipment hire. You need appliances that perform under pressure and meet commercial health and safety standards. Professional event organisers, independent caterers, and hospitality managers trust Expo Hire for tested cooking and storage units. You place all orders entirely online without needing to make a phone call. Live pricing and stock levels appear directly on the site.
Your kitchen staff can select appliances for primary cooking functions. Gas and electric ovens include static, convection, and combi models, giving you flexibility for baking, roasting, and steaming. You can choose from six-burner gas ranges, 60cm flat-top griddles, or salamander grills for top-heat cooking. Single and double tank deep fat fryers provide rapid heating and precise temperature control for high-volume frying.
Maintaining food quality after cooking remains a priority for any service. Hot cupboards keep prepared dishes at safe serving temperatures. These units feature multiple shelves and often include bain-marie tops for holding sauces and gravies. Chafing dishes come with fuel paste and offer a portable option for buffets and self-service lines. They keep food warm for extended periods.
Effective cold storage underpins food safety. Upright fridges and freezers maintain steady internal temperatures even in busy kitchen environments. Under-counter refrigeration units fit into compact spaces and hold specific ingredients close to the preparation area. Stainless steel tables give your chefs ample workspace. These durable surfaces withstand heavy use and wipe clean in seconds.
Many events require immediate beverage service. Water boilers, coffee percolators, and insulated beverage dispensers hold hot or cold drinks in bulk. Glass door display fridges present chilled drinks or desserts to customers at the point of sale. Sit-down meals require you to arrange crockery hire and cutlery hire for your guests. Expo Hire operates a "Send It Back Dirty" policy, meaning you return plates and knives unwashed while we handle the cleaning.
Technicians inspect and test every item before despatch. This process includes Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) for electrical units and gas safety checks for gas appliances. Detailed operating instructions accompany each item so your team can operate the catering equipment hire safely.

We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. For larger or more complex orders, such as weddings or large corporate events, booking several weeks in advance is advisable to ensure you get exactly what you need.
