Items designed for showrooms will crack, scratch, and bend after a few cycles of loading and unloading. We solved this by specifying our own materials and engineering tolerances. EventPro folding chairs use a 1.2mm steel tube frame to support 150kg, yet weigh just 3.4kg. They fold to 50mm thick, allowing 150 on a long-wheelbase van or 300 on a 7.5-tonne lorry. The powder coat finish, in black or white, is applied in a single batch for a perfect match in shade and sheen. For different styles, our Eiffel chairs feature a robust steel rod frame and a UV-stabilised polypropylene seat shell in six colours. They stack eight high and the colour will not fade from outdoor use over a season. The range also includes banqueting chairs, bar stools, and sofas.
Our trestle tables feature 19mm exterior-grade plywood tops that support a distributed 200kg load. Unlike interior-grade ply, these tops resist delamination in damp conditions and withstand the inevitable spills of a working event. The legs fold flat and lock flush, with a recessed mechanism that will not snag linen during setup. A 6ft table weighs around 12kg, and a stack of six can be carried by two people without specialist equipment.
The EventPro patio heaters are built from powder-coated steel to last a full season of outdoor events without degrading. The design has a low centre of gravity to reduce tip-over risk on uneven ground, and it runs on standard 13kg propane bottles. Gas connections use secure crimp clips, not jubilee clips. This part of the range also includes outdoor seating, poseur tables, and mobile bars.
Every item is sized and weighted for efficient loading. When a crew has to unload 300 chairs at 6am for a 9am setup, tightly stacking furniture saves time and money. This performance is proven on site. The JLR conference used 1,000 of our chairs across three venues in one weekend, a feat made possible by their logistical design. Glastonbury Festival relies on this furniture for its main guest hospitality areas, while the Wimbledon Champions Ball chose our patio heaters for its outdoor entertaining spaces.

Delivery starts from £40 ex-VAT and is calculated by distance from your nearest depot. On the day, live vehicle tracking and SMS notifications keep you informed.
