Table hire is a fundamental part of what we do at Expo Hire. From folding trestle table rental to stylish poseur tables, we've got what you need.
Table hire is one of the key facets of our furniture offering here at Expo Hire, and with this is mind we have a wide selection of tables for hire in stock. Some of our most popular furniture is our trestle table hire, which is available in various shapes and sizes to match your requirements. We also stock a large range of poseur and coffee tables, suitable for all kinds of events.
What do I need to know about trestle table hire?
Although trestle table hire is one of the more basic elements of furniture in our catalogue, they are also one of our most popular items hired and as such we always keep a large inventory in stock. Also known as banqueting tables, these tables feature a solid wooden top and folding legs which make them easy to move, store and set up.
Trestle tables can be used in a wide range of events, from formal banqueting affairs to tabletop sales. They come in a variety of shapes and sizes, enabling customers to choose tables to fit the footprint of their event. While rectangular tables are more popular for events where tables are joined together, circular tables are most frequently used for large banqueting events.
For formal events, trestle tables should be covered with table cloths. To help customers know which linen to hire we've made it possible to add tablecloths when ordering tables from us; simply click the slider on the product page to add linen together with your tables to your basket.
Prevent Damage to Plywood Tables - Always Keep Dry!
These tables designed for indoor use and are susceptible to water damage if used or stored outside.
- Sustained exposure to water can damage our tables
- Store in a dry and covered place
- Always cover outside
- Raise tabletops from any surfaces liable to standing water
What makes poseur table hire different from regular tables?
Poseur tables are a versatile piece of furniture which can be used in a variety of settings. These tables are also known as cocktail tables and are taller than regular tables. Their height coupled with their narrower size mean that they can either be used with bar stools or for standing guests.
We offer a range of poseur table hire to try to cover all possible requirements. These tables can range from basic metallic affairs which are great for both indoor and outdoor events to more upscale poseur tables with faux leather, ABS plastic or even glass tops. For those lookng for something a bit more flashy, we also have colour-changing LED poseur tables.
Unlike trestle tables, linen is not used with poseur tables. The only exception to this are our stretch poseur tablecloths, which fit our basic metallic poseur tables only.
You can rely on us to deliver your tables
We clean and check all tables for hire before we ready them for dispatch. Banqueting tables come with folding legs so these are easy to store; however other tables are generally not stackable so it is always worth checking there is space if you need to store them at any point.
