The event ran at the engine factory, the main site and the battery factory at the same time. Jaguar Land Rover needed 1,000 conference chairs delivered and set out at all three venues before guests arrived.
Expo Hire planned the logistics across each site and delivered the full chair order to the required layouts. Our team positioned the chairs within the agreed timeframes so each venue could open on schedule.
All three venues were ready for guest arrival at the same time. The project showed Expo Hire's ability to handle high volumes and multi-venue delivery without losing control of timing or presentation.
