Chiavari chairs stack eight high, while Cross Back chairs stack five high. This stacking capability reduces the storage space your venue needs before and after the event. Expo Hire operates 11 regional depots, calculating delivery from £40 ex-VAT based on road distance. You track your delivery on the day with live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA.

Consider transport requirements in the initial stages of your planning. A standard long-wheelbase transit van carries approximately 150 stacked Chiavari models or 75 stacked Cross Back units. For larger orders, Expo Hire uses 7.5-tonne lorries, which transport up to 300 Chiavari chairs or 150 Cross Back chairs per vehicle. These capacities depend on venue access, loading conditions, and total order volume. You specify seat pad colours at the time of booking. Expo Hire checks each chair before dispatch. Your order arrives in good condition, ready for immediate placement at your event.
