This requires industry-specific machinery, which is why we do not ask customers to launder the linens prior to returning them after hire. We include a "send it back dirty" service at no additional cost, allowing you to enjoy your event without the burden of cleaning. Simply return the linen dry and free from food debris, wax, or adhesives in the original packaging. Linen returned wet or with attached food debris may not be able to be cleaned properly, and in these cases, replacement charges may apply for any damaged or destroyed linen.
