Gazebo hire makes up one of our most hired products in the spring and summer. Great for keeping off spring showers or the hot summer sun, our gazebos for hire are easy to set up. We deliver our gazebos to venues throughout the whole of the country along with all our other great event hire.

What kinds of gazebos for hire do we stock?

Whether it’s for a pop up street food stall or to store equipment at an outdoor event, our gazebos for hire can do the job for you. Particularly useful in the summer months, gazebos are an attractive solution for fetes and fayres alike.

We offer gazebos in two sizes, offering flexibility depending on the footprint available for use. All gazebos are shipped with three sidewalls and weights, so there is no need to worry about sourcing additional components.

Unlike regular gazebos used in garden parties, our gazebos are made for commercial usage, with a more durable covering and sturdy poles. They’re also incredibly easy to erect – simply telescope the frame apart until it reaches full size, extend the legs and then put the cover on top.

Is a gazebo for hire easy to put up?

The first thing to know about the pop up gazebo for rent we offer is that they are very, very easy to set up, although it does require at least two people to do the job. Our gazebo kits for hire come in a bag, which needs to be removed first. As the gazebo frame is made to a commercial standard and heavy, it's wiser to take the bag off the frame rather than the frame out of the bag. Once the bag has been removed, the frame needs to be gently extended. This is done by one person on each side pulling outwards so the frame extends into it's full shape.

Then it’s a simple case of unscrewing the legs, and attaching the walls if needed to complete the task. Our gazebos come complete with weights and tie ropes to help keep them grounded; these will handle light winds but gazebos must be taken down if there is any severe weather. Our pop up gazebo packages for hire should not be left unattended for long periods of time.

How can I heat and light my gazebo tent for hire?

Heating can be tricky with gazebos. While LPG patio heaters are great in outside conditions, they are dangerous under cover and should never be used in conjunction with gazebos. Not only can the heat from the heater melt the gazebo, but there is a potential for a build up of fumes in a non-ventilated area that is dangerous.

To combat this problem, we offer specialised heaters which customers can hire with a gazebo tent for hire. These provide infra red heat which does not give off any fumes, and can be safely attached to the middle of the frame of the gazebo. We also offer a variety of lighting solutions from string lights to LED lights to ensure you can you use your garden gazebo for hire even when the sun has gone down.
