To get started, remove the bag from the frame and gently extend it to its full shape. Then, unscrew the legs and, if needed, attach the sidewalls. Each package also includes weights and tie ropes to help secure the gazebo against light winds. Just remember to take down the gazebo during severe weather to ensure safety.

When you place an event hire order with Expo Hire, you can relax—there’s no requirement for a security deposit. We offer a complimentary minor damage waiver to cover small damages or losses, so you don’t have to stress over the occasional damage to your rented gazebo or accessories. However, we do charge for excessive or negligent loss or damage at 10x the hire price. Please check our terms and conditions for full details.
