Expo Hire runs its main distribution centre in Birmingham and supports it with 11 regional hubs across England and Wales. We cover England and Wales only, not Scotland or Northern Ireland. This network lets us price transport from the nearest depot and keep stock moving for exhibitions, corporate events and large catering jobs.
Our regional coverage includes the West Midlands, East Midlands, London, the North West, Yorkshire, the Thames Valley, the Chilterns, the Cotswolds, Solent, South Wales, and Bristol and Avon.
The website calculates delivery and collection charges by road mileage from the depot that serves your venue. Charges start at £40 ex VAT. On the day, our team sends an SMS with an ETA and a live GPS tracking link, then the driver unloads the order at site.
You can collect from our Birmingham site between 7am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. Select self-collection at checkout and we will prepare the order for your collection slot.
We supply venue managers, professional caterers, exhibition builders and corporate teams. We do not run a domestic consumer service.
