Every item in this category features commercial-grade construction to withstand demanding event environments. We supply all units with a dedicated remote control, allowing you to manage colour settings and brightness levels from a distance. Expo Hire includes a Free Minor Damage Waiver on every order, covering accidental scratches or minor marks during your rental period. You also avoid security deposits, as we do not require them for any booking.

• LED Bars: Modular LED bar units allow you to construct various configurations. You connect multiple 1.5-metre straight sections to form a longer counter, or combine straight and curved sections to create L-shaped, U-shaped, or full circular bar setups. Each bar section operates independently for up to 8 hours on a single charge. These units work for main drinks service, welcome areas, or as an interactive feature alongside standard table hire.
• LED Cube Seats: Measuring 40cm x 40cm x 40cm, our LED cubes serve multiple functions. They work as individual seats, offering flexible guest seating in lounge areas or breakout zones. You can also deploy them as low side tables for drinks, or as display plinths to highlight products. Their compact size makes them adaptable for both large and small spaces, complementing our wider EventPro® range.
• LED Poseur Tables: These 1.1-metre tall tables provide standing areas for guests. They promote informal networking during drinks receptions, exhibition stands, or VIP sections. Like other illuminated items, they run on internal batteries. You adjust their lighting settings with the supplied remote control.

Operation and Practical Considerations

You receive every unit fully charged and ready for immediate deployment. The battery provides continuous illumination for a full event shift. This keeps your event running without interruption for recharging during operational hours. Recharging takes approximately 4 to 6 hours. You plug in the supplied power adaptors when the battery depletes.

The included remote control lets you select from a spectrum of colours, choosing a static shade, a gradual colour fade, or a flashing sequence. You also control the brightness, adapting the intensity to suit ambient lighting conditions. We recommend deploying these items indoors or in sheltered outdoor areas, protecting them from direct heavy rain. Our system calculates delivery from £40 ex-VAT based on road distance from your nearest depot. On delivery day, you receive live vehicle tracking and an SMS ETA.

No security deposit

Advance deposit
