Areas We Cover
Chair hire might seem a simple thing to sort out but the truth is there is no such thing as a “simple chair for hire”. We rent chairs to events, functions and companies across North London and Middlesex in all kinds of scenarios.
Take conferences as an example. A conference can be a really important event for the organiser to get right, so the chairs that delegates sit in need to be perfect. Our conference chairs for hire are not only stackable and durable, but also comfy – something that guests will appreciate when they’re using them all day.
Another kind of event where guests will need comfortable chairs are weddings. Wedding receptions can be long affairs that go on into the night so having the right kind of wedding chair hire is essential. We have lots of different styles at a price which is right to help you meet your budget.
Outdoor events can be the hardest of all to deal with. Outdoor chairs for hire need to not only be comfortable but able to handle London weather. Our samsonite folding chairs are great for large events needing hundreds of chairs while more intimate affairs can benefit from our aluminium and rattan ranges.
Table hire comes in a wide range of heights and sizes to match all kinds of occasions. We’ve built a large range with everything from traditional trestle tables all the way up to designer meeting tables for those elite meeting spaces – all delivered throughout the Edgware, Harrow and Middlesex areas seven days a week.
There are three basic types of table to choose from when looking through our furniture hire catalogue, with each table right for a different kind of setting. For example, coffee tables work best with sofas and armchairs, suiting relaxed meeting spaces and breakout areas. Cocktail tables or poseur tables as they are often called are tall and work best with bar stools. These can also be used for stand-up style meetings, with their small diameter allowing them to fit in a small footprint like an exhibition stand.
In the middle are banqueting tables, which are one of our most frequently hired product. These are designed for sitting and eating at and are often hired for functions such as weddings and banquets. They come in different shapes and sizes, enabling customers to choose which best fits their event space. Our product pages will advise how many can sit around each and suggest the best size of linen for each.
One of the big challenges event organisers face with outdoor events is keeping guests warm, particularly thanks to the unpredictability of the British climate. We deliver patio heaters for hire throughout North West London and Middlesex providing a heating solution that doesn’t break the bank.
Patio Heater hire comes in two types; LPG and electric. Electric patio heaters are great for focused heat on specific enclosed areas; however the power required to run this type of product means that there needs to be a good power source nearby. If it is outdoor heater hire you want, then LPG is the way to go. These heaters are perfect for open areas where heat needs to be radiated outwards.

Our experience has helped us rent outdoor patio heaters that are reliable and fuel efficient; we have sourced the best models possible and all have an easy to use electric ignition. We also supply 13kg LPG bottles separately so that you don’t need to worry about where to get your fuel from.
If the space you have to heat is huge then our space heaters for hire might be a better solution. These are more industrial and noisier than a standard patio heater, but they give off an immense amount of heat which will heat a much larger area.
Setting up any kind of kitchen requires some careful choices to make sure equipment is not only right for the food to be cooked but also for the setting it is being used in. Oven hire is one of the bigger components of any kitchen and getting that wrong can be an expensive mistake.
At Expo Hire London we offer the choice of both LPG and electric ovens for hire; each of which are designed for different usage. Electric ovens for hire are for indoor areas where they can be used to bake, roast and grill food easily. However, because electric ovens need lots of power to run they cannot be used outdoors. The wattage required by electric ovens can easily trip temporary power supplies such as generators and extension leads. The portability of LPG bottles make LPG ovens the perfect choice for usage outside; even an oven with powerful burners like our six burner oven can happily run off an LPG bottle. However, LPG ovens are not designed to be used indoors due to the potential lack of ventilation of exhaust fumes.
Offering high quality stock has always been something that we pride ourselves upon and because of this we frequently replace our ovens with new ones. This is particularly important with ovens which are often the main workhorse of a kitchen and allows our customers to order from us with peace of mind.
Colour can be an important theme to get right for events, and one of the easiest ways to achieve it is via linen hire. Many event organisers rent linen for events like wedding receptions and banquets to make sure furniture matches the rest of the event, but linen isn’t just for those events.
With linen for hire available in many colours, shapes and sizes we can help you cover your furniture for any event you might be holding. We understand that hiring linen can be difficult especially for first time hirers but we have done everything we can to help ensure a smooth process.

Our linen hire product pages have details in their respective descriptions to confirm what size tables they fit. We have also added recommendations for linen hire to our table hire pages to help ensure that customers can hire them together without worry about if they have the sizing correct.
