Expo Hire supplies sports day hire for schools, companies, councils and event teams across England and Wales. You can book furniture, catering equipment and tableware in one order. Our website shows live stock and live prices. We run dry hire, so we deliver the equipment, you set it out, and we collect it after the event. We charge no security deposit and no minimum spend.

Set up registration, results and prize tables

Most sports days need a clear base for sign-in, score sheets and medal displays. Our 6ft trestle tables give staff space for paperwork and radios. If you need a wider public-facing desk, use 6ft round banqueting tables for registration tents and reception points. Add tablecloths if the event needs a cleaner front-of-house finish.

Give staff, guests and competitors places to sit

Parents, teachers and team members need seating near the track or main arena. We supply large volumes of folding chairs that move fast from truck to field. If the event has a staff tent or hospitality zone, add padded banqueting chairs or bean bags for rest areas.

Cover weather risk on open sites

Outdoor events need shelter for staff, medics and timing teams. Our gazebos create cover for first aid points, marshal stations and refreshment areas. You can place them on grass, playgrounds and hard standing, then link several units if the event needs a larger covered zone.

Keep food and drink moving

School and corporate sports days often serve lunch on site. We supply BBQs, fridges and water boilers for food stalls, staff tents and hospitality areas. If the event serves plated food, add plates, cutlery and glassware to the same order.

We include Send It Back Dirty with crockery, cutlery and glassware. Your team packs the used items back into the crates, then our depot handles the wash after collection.

Support first aid and marshalling points

First aid teams and marshals need small workstations around the site. A single trestle table and a few chairs give medics room for incident forms, water and kit bags. The same setup works for checkpoint staff who need a base near a course turn or finish line.

Book online and track the truck

We operate 11 depots and deliver across England and Wales. Delivery starts from £40 ex VAT, based on road distance from the nearest depot. On delivery day, we send an SMS ETA and a GPS tracking link so your site team can meet the driver at the gate or loading point. You can also collect from our Birmingham warehouse, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
