Getting the right kind of bar furniture for hire is a large factor in creating the right setup for a temporary bar space. Depending on the venue for the temporary bar, it can mean anything from hiring tables and chairs to the bar itself. Luckily, we can help.
LED furniture is one of the most in vogue styles of furniture for temporary bar spaces, thanks to the colour it can instantly bring to a room. As well as the benches, cubes and seats you'd expect from any LED furniture hire range, we also offer LED bar sections. These come in both straight and corner sections to help build a bar per the space provided in the room and offers something a little bit extra than a simple table or counter.
It's not uncommon to see temporary bar spaces set up in larger areas, especially for big events and for these kinds of events our folding beer bench and table sets are perfect. They're designed specifically for use outside and are perfect for large groups to sit around with some tasty pints of beer.
There are many different styles of barrier hire, which work for a number of different spaces and setups. We have three main types available which are ropes and posts, tensabarriers and picket fences.
Rope and post barrier hire is often used for events where a VIP space needs to be sectioned off, for example a red carpet entrance area. While the ropes and posts cordon off space, they are more for decorative value than any kind of security.
We offer rope barrier hire in a multitude of colours, as well as both chrome and gold-coloured metal posts. Ropes have a clip at each end to allow them to be attached to posts. These clips can also be in chrome and gold-coloured configurations.
Tensabarriers don’t have quite the same VIP look like ropes and posts do but are a bit more secure and are great for constructing queueing areas. Each tensabarrier post comes with a 2m retractable tape which can be attached to another tensabarrier, which can quickly be put together to section off space.
Our picket fences for hire are a great decorative way of sectioning space into areas and are particularly useful for big festivals and exhibitions. Our fences are painted white and are free-standing in supplied “feet” but cannot be linked to each other.

At Expo Hire London we offer the choice of both LPG and electric ovens for hire; each of which are designed for different usage. Electric ovens for hire are for indoor areas where they can be used to bake, roast and grill food easily. However, because electric ovens need lots of power to run they cannot be used outdoors. The wattage required by electric ovens can easily trip temporary power supplies such as generators and extension leads. The portability of LPG bottles make LPG ovens the perfect choice for usage outside; even an oven with powerful burners like our six burner oven can happily run off an LPG bottle. However, LPG ovens are not designed to be used indoors due to the potential lack of ventilation of exhaust fumes.
