The Brangwyn and The Guildhall are two venues available for hire for exhibitions, conferences and weddings. They are located just minutes away from the beautiful sweep of Swansea Bay, and can host everything from small meetings to major conferences, as well as exhibitions and grand weddings. There are fourteen rooms available in total, which can cater from 16 people to 1070 people in the Brangwyn Hall in a theatre style configuration. There are also wedding options for 20 to 500 guests, with staff on hand to help plan and arrange the big day.

Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate. If you’ve got a large event or occasion coming up, Expo Hire South Wales can help you secure your booking early. If your hire charge is over £500, you can now book your hire equipment with just a 25% deposit, paying the remainder up to 28 days prior to delivery.
