The Beaulieu Estate is a large estate in Hampshire that is home to Palace House and the National Motor Museum, which can be hired out for corporate events, celebrations and weddings. It lies at the heart of the New Forest National Park and has over 800 years of heritage. The 13th Century Domus within Beaulieu Abbey provides a unique atmosphere for any event, while there are recently refurbished rooms within the Lord Montagu Building for a more contemporary feel. The venue is licensed for civil ceremonies and has wedding packages available with a team on hand to help plan the big day.

For keeping food or plates warm ready for service it’s hard to beat a hot cupboard. Our range of mobile hot cupboards are easy to set up and come in plain top and bain marie top configurations with heated gantries as an optional extra if required. Chafing dishes are great for buffets and self-service options – we have large quantities in stock. For cold food and drink, our range of upright and undercounter fridges offer various options to fulfil a diverse range of requirements.
All our electrical equipment is cleaned, checked and PAT tested prior to dispatch for your peace of mind. PAT test confirmation can be found on the sticker attached to the plug.
Unlike many other event hire companies in the Southampton area, Expo Hire Solent doesn’t charge a damage deposit when you place your order. Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate. We do charge for excessive or negligent loss or damage at 10x the hire price. Please check our terms and conditions for full details.
