Newbury Racecourse is a racecourse in Newbury, Berkshire. As well as hosting horse racing meetings, the course is available for hire for a range of corporate events, celebrations and weddings. There is over 2,000 square metres of indoor exhibition space as well as 4,000 square metres of hard standing space adjacent to the exhibition halls and 3,000 square metres of additional indoor space available for large expos. There are also a wide range of meeting rooms and suites which can cater for up to 1,000 delegates.

All our electrical equipment is cleaned, checked and PAT tested prior to dispatch for your peace of mind. PAT test confirmation can be found on the sticker attached to the plug.
You don’t need to worry about a damage deposit adding cost to your event hire order from Expo Hire Thames Valley. Instead, we run a free minor damage waiver scheme to cover minor damage or loss, so you don’t need to worry if you break the odd glass or plate.
