Bognor Regis is a seaside resort in West Sussex on the south coast of England. It lies about six miles southeast of Chichester and about 16 miles east of Portsmouth. Commonly known as Bognor, the town developed as a holiday destination in the last 18th century on what was a sand and gravel undeveloped coastline. The resort grew slowly during the first half of the 19th century but the arrival of the railway in 1864 accelerated the development. Butlin's has been present in the town since the early 1930's, with the full holiday camp opening in 1960. In 2005, a new £10M hotel called The Shoreline was opened, followed by "The Ocean" in 2009 and "Wave" in 2012 as Bognor sought to improve its reputation.

We're proud to deliver event hire to places like Bognor Regis. Some of the products we can deliver to you include:
Gazebo Hire
When holding an outdoor event the last thing you want to be thinking about is if the weather is going to ruin it. This means having space under cover is often a necessity – especially if it’s you who is going to be spending the day subject to the elements. A pop up gazebo for hire from us can help make sure your event can be a success even if the weather doesn’t want to play ball.
We deliver gazebos to outdoor events across Southampton, Hampshire and the New Forest and have both large gazebos for hire and smaller ones in stock. All of our pop up gazebos for rent are complete with side walls and weights so you don’t have to worry about sourcing any accessories for them when ordering.

Our pop up gazebo packages for hire are made for commercial customers and come with durable coverings and sturdy poles. This means that the gazebos we offer are not that suitable for formal events where presentation is key, but it also means that our gazebos aren’t cheap and flimsy either. The gazebos we offer are also incredibly easy to erect – simply telescope the frame apart until it reaches full size, extend the legs and then put the cover on top.
Patio Heater Hire
Worried about keeping your guests warm at an outdoor event? Our patio heaters for hire can help ensure you keep your guests toasty for longer. We deliver outdoor gas heaters for hire all around Southampton, Hampshire and Dorset, ensuring you can have the outdoor event without breaking the bank.
We offer two kinds of outdoor heater hire, which are LPG and electric. Electric patio heaters give off a focused beam of heat which means that they are best used for specific enclosed areas. They need a normal power outlet to plug into as well. For outdoor spaces, gas patio heater hire is far better. These radiate heat outwards in all directions, making them perfect for a proper outdoor function.

As can be imagined, we’ve had many organisers rent patio heaters from us and from this we’ve built up a wealth of knowledge. All of our outdoor patio heaters for hire are easy to start, reliable and fuel efficient. We also hire out 13kg LPG canisters so that there is no need to worry about where fuel is coming from.
If the space you have to heat is huge then our space heaters for hire might be a better solution. These are more industrial and noisier than a standard patio heater, but they give off an immense amount of heat which will heat a much larger area.
Table Hire
It’s not hard to rent tables from us for your next event in Southampton or the surrounding area. We’ve got a huge range of tables for hire which are suitable for all kinds of occasion, whether it’s an informal meeting space or a big banquet.
Getting the right kind of furniture hire is a simple process. There are three types of table on hire, which match different styles of seating. For bar stools and stand-up type affairs, the tallest kind of table is best. These tables are known as cocktail tables or poseur tables and normally quite small in diameter, helping to maximise space. For relaxed meeting spaces with sofas and armchairs, a coffee table makes a great addition as a space for drinks or promotional material.
In the middle of these is the most common type of table we hire out, banqueting tables or trestle tables. These are used for any occasion where people sit and eat, like a wedding reception or banquet. They come in different shapes and sizes to match different sizes of rooms – but choosing the right one isn’t hard as we list on each product page how many people can sit around each table and which linen is best used with it.
Oven Hire
Setting up any kind of kitchen requires some careful choices to make sure equipment is not only right for the food to be cooked but also for the setting it is being used in. Oven hire is one of the bigger components of any kitchen and getting that wrong can be an expensive mistake.
At Expo Hire London we offer the choice of both LPG and electric ovens for hire; each of which are designed for different usage. Electric ovens for hire are for indoor areas where they can be used to bake, roast and grill food easily. However, because electric ovens need lots of power to run they cannot be used outdoors. The wattage required by electric ovens can easily trip temporary power supplies such as generators and extension leads. The portability of LPG bottles make LPG ovens the perfect choice for usage outside; even an oven with powerful burners like our six burner oven can happily run off an LPG bottle. However, LPG ovens are not designed to be used indoors due to the potential lack of ventilation of exhaust fumes.
Offering high quality stock has always been something that we pride ourselves upon and because of this we frequently replace our ovens with new ones. This is particularly important with ovens which are often the main workhorse of a kitchen and allows our customers to order from us with peace of mind.
