Regular visitors to our websites may have noticed a fairly big change recently to how our online presence looks. As part of our ongoing development, we have amalgamated all of our former websites into one at Expohire.com to cement our status as the UK’s number one online-only event hire company.
We’ve put this blog post together to let you know of the changes we’ve made to improve our service to you.
This has been the culmination of over twelve months hard work from our technical team as we look to continue to innovate how event hire is offered. Our technical team have worked hard to improve not only the look and feel of our websites, but also how we work as a company. This has been achieved by improving internal processes such as our inventory control and in house logistics systems. These innovations have led us to a unique place in the event hire sector where we can show live stock levels online to customers and offer live delivery tracking.
While all this innovation is going on, we have not forgotten where we have come from. We still offer great local delivery prices from as little as £20 plus VAT. In addition to this, we have made our website ensure our closest local hub to your venue is chosen for your delivery to keep costs down as much as possible.
Although our technical team have worked hard to ensure all of our customers’ past orders have been migrated to our new website, we have not automatically recreated old customer accounts. With this in mind we have to ask our regular customers to re-register on Expo Hire with the email address from past orders to be able to access these details online. If any of these orders are not showing once re-registered, please contact us via our live chat facility or by emailing support@expohire.com and we will sort this out for you.

While this big project has now been completed, we’re not resting on our laurels. We’re now working on sourcing new products and services we can offer to our customers in 2023, as part of our unswerving commitment to customer service. We're also continuing to innovate the look and feel of our website to improve our customer's user experience.
